Support, refunds & purchase restoration

For help with the app, drafts, backup/import, exports, purchase restoration or a reproducible technical issue, email suporte.arthemusapps@gmail.com. Include the app version, Android version, device model and a description of the issue. Please do not send invitation files or backups unless support asks for them.

One-time purchase

Invite Studio offers a non-consumable one-time purchase that unlocks exports. The purchase screen shows the localized price provided by Google Play.

Restore a purchase

Use the app's restore option while signed in to the same Google account used for the purchase. Restoration may require a connection to Google Play. A confirmed entitlement may remain available locally for offline use and is reconciled when Google Play is available.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and requests for purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's current rules, processes and applicable law. A refund, cancellation or revocation recognized by Google Play can remove the entitlement after the next validation without deleting your device drafts.

Known limits

Exports and sharing depend on device storage, compatibility and destination apps. Animated backgrounds may need to download through Google Play Asset Delivery first.
